General comments
Er bestaat een verhoogd risico op post ERCP cholangitis in de volgende situaties:
1. post levertransplantatie
2. primair scleroserende cholangitis
3. hiliair cholangiocarcinoom
Standaard profylaxe eventueel aanpassen op geleid van oude kweken.
Na de procedure kan overwogen worden om nog 5 dagen te behandelen met augmentin per os 625 mg 3 dd aangezien de kans aanzienlijk is dat bij patienten die in aanmerking komen voor antibiotische profylaxe, de galafvloed na de ERCP niet volledig is.
