Remarks:

alleen indien 1e keuze niet mogelijk is vanwege toxiciteit/allergie.

General comments

  • Bij Toxoplasma sero-negatieve ontvangers met een sero-positieve donor (R-/D+) of donor met een onbekende Toxoplasma sero status (R-/D?).
  • Start profylaxe 1 week na transplantatie
  • Duur profylaxe: minimaal 6 maanden (maar wordt meestal 12 maanden gegeven in het kader van PJP profylaxe)
