In geval van necrotiserende pneumonie overweeg ophogen dosis naar 6dd 2000mg flucloxacilline
Duur van de behandeling afhankelijk van klinisch beeld (maar minimaal 14 dagen)
Overweeg switch van iv naar orale antibiotica bij klinische verbetering in overleg met de consulent infectieziekten
