In geval van necrotiserende pneumonie overweeg ophogen dosis naar 6dd 2000mg flucloxacilline.
Duur van de behandeling afhankelijk van klinisch beeld 7-14 dagen.
Overweeg switch van iv naar orale antibiotica bij klinische verbetering in overleg met de consulent infectieziekten.
