General comments

Praziquantel:

  • Innemen tijdens of kort na een maaltijd.
  • Onvoldoende gegevens bekend over veiligheid bij zwangerschap, borstvoeding is waarschijnlijk wel veilig (zie ook LAREB).

Voordeel van niclosamide boven praziquantel is dat niclosamide intestinaal niet geresorbeerd wordt.
