General comments
Bij behandeling met hoge dosering penicilline langer dan 5 dagen wordt aanbevolen het bloedbeeld en de nierfunctie te controleren.
Bij continue toediening dient de totale dosis over drie giften verdeeld te worden gezien de beperkte houdbaarheid van ongebufferd penicilline.
