Geen behandeling tenzij ernstige infectie en/of endovasculair kunstmateriaal in situ en/of immuungecompromitteerd. In de laatste twee omstandigheden behandelen gedurende 14 dgn.
Er is geen evidence voor de duur van behandeling met azitromycine in geval van Salmonella non-typhi.
