General comments

Duur afhankelijk van het focus van de infectie.

Ook bij bewezen gevoeligheid is cotrimoxazol de eerste keus aangezien er vanuit de literatuur aanwijzingen zijn dat de kans op selectie van resistentie tijdens therapie groter is bij het gebruik van levofloxacin.
