General comments

Mebendazol:

  • Is de meest veilige optie tijdens de zwangerschap en waarschijnlijk veilig tijdens borstvoeding (LAREB).

Albendazol:

  • Innemen met vetrijke maaltijd (verhoogd de resorptie). 
  • Is waarschijnlijk veilig tijdens zwangerschap (2e en 3e trimester) en tijdens borstvoeding (zie LAREB).
  • Bij langdurig gebruik, controleer leverfuncties en leukocytenaantal.
